The Travel Form will be available on April 28, 2006.

Please enter your travel information and indicate if you are traveling by plane or driving. You will be notified by the Travel Office at Johnson Space Center when your flight itinerary is available. Please do not make your own reservations. The Travel Office will submit the itinerary 3-4 days prior to your departure. Once you have been notified you may login from this page to view the flight itinerary that has been created for you. Please do not contact airlines directly.
